On the Upper Rhine, the level at the Maxau Gauge will begin to rise again this afternoon. At the other gauges on the Upper Rhine, levels will fall or stay the same until Tuesday evening.
At present there is no acute danger of high water on any of the other rivers in the Rhineland Palatinate, most gauge levels are within mean flow conditions (medium levels) just now.
Possible closure:
Maxau (section between Iffezheim – Germersheim) closure from 11.06. approx. 00:00 – 03:00 am
