Due to ongoing congestion and in order to maintain operations, PSA Antwerp is shortening the export delivery window at terminals 869 and 913 from 7 to 5 days until further notice.
The new procedure, which will apply until further notice, is as follows:
- Eight days before ETA (estimated time of arrival), PSA Antwerp will publish the yard opening time (YOT) on the Port of Antwerp-Bruges website (https://etaterminal.portofantwerpbruges.com/).
- Terminal opening will be communicated five days before ETA. As before, there will therefore be a three-day interval between communication and actual opening.
We kindly ask our customers to inform us promptly in the event of any changes.
We also ask for your understanding that arrival times cannot be guaranteed and that closings may not be adhered to. As a precaution, we must decline any liability for any costs incurred as a result (e.g. demurrage and detention).
