We are currently facing significant difficulties in collecting import containers from the seaport, particularly in Antwerp and also in Rotterdam.
Time slots are fully booked and extremely hard to secure, especially at terminals 869, 913, and 1700 in Antwerp.
Additionally, since yesterday evening, we have been dealing with an unknown malfunction at SCR/CPU. This has prevented us from releasing the containers electronically at the "SCR" terminals via SCR/CPU.
As a result, our planning has been severely disrupted, and we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee timely arrivals for our appointments. This situation is beyond our control, and we are compelled to disclaim any responsibility and/or expenses.
