Our Kehl location gives you access to professional container transport – whether by barge, rail or truck. With our trimodal approach we flexibly combine the strengths of all three transport modes to bring your goods to their destination reliably and efficiently.
At the Kehl Terminal (operated by ETC Euro Terminal Kehl) we handle the loading and unloading of barges directly, giving you greater flexibility and seamless processes along the entire supply chain.
With our own fleet of container trucks, featuring both intermodal and tipping chassis, we offer you customised transport solutions tailored to your specific needs. Whether by barge, rail or truck– we ensure that your containers reach their destination safely and efficiently.
Offenburg Location
Your logistics hub for complete solutions
Our Offenburg facility provides comprehensive logistics solutions, with 7,000 m² of covered storage space equipped with high-rack, cantilever, and block storage options. We offer complete contract logistics, including direct online access to your inventory in real time via our new warehousing program.
Additionally, we have 11,000 m² of outdoor storage available. With our own fleet, ranging from sprinter vans to tautliners with tail lifts and megatrailers, we are optimally prepared to meet all your transport needs.
Case Study: Optimised logistics chain from the seaport to the consignee
A specific example of our capabilities: We organise all the logistics for your containers, beginning in the western seaports. With Contargo’s own barges and rail transport, we ensure efficient on-carriage to the inland port of Kehl/Strasbourg, where our fleet of container trucks stands ready. From here we bring your containers to our nearby site in Offenburg, where the contents are professionally unloaded, stored and prepared for dispatch. The transport to the final recipient is then reliably performed by our conventional truck fleet.
