Welcome to the Dortmund Container Terminal (CTD)!
We are your point of contact for trimodal container transport operations in the metropolitan Rhine-Ruhr region, one of Europe’s most importance economic regions. At our terminal, we offer you daily rail connections to Hamburg, Bremerhaven and regular connections to the Rotterdam, Antwerp and Zeebrugge seaports. We use the German canal network to transport your containers to all major national and international sea and inland ports. We deliver your containers Just in Time by way of our modern fleet of trucks and connections to an extensive road and motorway network.
Four railway tracks, a barge berth, three container cranes and our terminal IT ensure maximum efficiency and transparency when handling your containers at our terminal at Dortmund harbour.
In addition to handling and transporting standard containers, we handle your hazardous goods and reefers. We would also be delighted to assume the stuffing and stripping as well as maintenance and repair of your containers.
